halo SALON is located in the Ne Center of the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. It is housed in a traditional flatiron building reminiscent of New York City architecture. From the moment you enter you will feel relaxed and welcome. The salon has been in business, and making thousands of people beautiful and happy, since the summer of 2001. The tight knit team at halo has accumulated over 50 years of experience in all types of hair cutting, styling and coloring.
